Uses a halogen bulb (not included). Small losses to the finish on the shaft with a noticeable loss opposite the handle. Small dents to the edge of the base with some rust. The dimmer switch appears to be missing a handle at the tip. No bend or dents to the red shade. The plug is European and works with an adaptor, which is included. Sturdy and structurally sound.
