New England Painted Work Box

A nice folk art New England work box signed on top with geometric borders. Hand painted with the original Forrest Green paint showing some Birds Egg Blue underpaint. Box is dovetailed. Copper or brass tacks on inside top edge. Nice craquelure and patina.
This is probably from the Nantucket region of Massachusetts. Interior is unpainted and has compartments. See photos.
