was the first United States Postmaster General to have started his career as a letter carrier. Thus we have the span of a postal letter carrier to Post Master General to Air Mail. An incredible reference to Franklin Delano Roosevelt's speech "The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself". A very nice presentation signed twice, framed and glazed.
