The hinged top with blue ground and white beading centered by a blue trimmed reserve of cherubs resting among clouds under a moon rise. The hinged lid mounted in an embossed brass bezel joining it to the base with matching blue decoration trimmed in raised white enamel beading interspersed with pink dots.
