CURRIER & IVES BLACK AMERICANA PRINTS, LOT OF TWO, hand-colored lithograph on paper (each), from the Darktown series, one titled "THE DARKTOWN FIRE BRIGADE - SAVED!", published 1884; and the other "THE DARKTOWN FIRE BRIGADE - INVESTIGATING A SMOKE", published by Joseph Koehler in New York. Each matted and housed under glass in a modern frame. Circa 1884. Each 10 1/2" x 14 1/2" sight, 18" x 21 1/2" OA.
Each in good visual condition with even toning, one with small area of staining/discoloration to right edge, possible loss to one corner. Not examined out of frames.
