Continental Erotic Automated Music Box
Continental, erotic automated music box, sterling silver, malachite veneer, brass, 3"w x 3"d x 2"h
Of square form, the sides set with roundels depicting classical figures and Leda and the Swan. The hinged lid opening to reveal a man and a woman in a sexual embrace, the hole raised on paw form feet. Exterior in overall good condition with even patina, light surface scratching consistent with use. Female figure detached but retained. Male figure wobbly and no longer secured. Figure needs some assistance when lid open and closes. Mirror intact. Silver marked 925 sterling.
