All three dresses are in good condition. The pink polka dot has a little yellowing on the back collar and the front has hand stitching where someone tacked down the inside fabric, no holes, rips or tears. It has a metal side zipper and belt. It is the largest dress 21" across under the arms and 16" across the waist, an "A" line skirt. The lace top cream has no tears or holes, it has yellowed with age and the belt has really yellowed to where it is almost brown. The dress is small measuring 18" across under the arms and 12" waist, also an "A" line skirt. The last dress is also very nice, no holes or tears. The only issue is that there is an almost pink effect to the front in the pleats, you have to get it in the bright light to see it. A good soaking would probably get rid of it. This is a very very cute dress, the front pleating is a double pleat. It has a back metal zipper and the original belt. It is small measuring 19" across under the arms and 14" across the waist, a pleated skirt.
