Christopher Makos (American, born 1948). Large group of silver gelatin prints depicting Andy Warhol. Portrait subjects include: celebrities, studio photo shoots, travel, New York City streets, and Makos' "Altered Images" series. All are signed "Makos" on verso alongside the photographer's copyright and studio rubber stamps. All contained together in a "Kodak" professional photo paper box with two folded Makos exhibition posters for a 1993 show at Gallerie Faber (Vienna, Austria). Lot is accompanied by two exhibition wall didactics with printed text in English and Greek. With a placard imprinted "Christopher Makos" (8" x 43").
