PANELLED SWIRL-OPTIC KEROSENE LAMP, cased ruby, compressed globular-form font, pedestal-form base with a large cylinder-form stem folding out as a circular foot, underside interior with a slightly rough pontil mark, period No. 1 collar. Fitted with a period No. 1 slip burner and shade ring. Fourth quarter 19th century. 5 1/2" H to top of collar, 5 1/4" D foot.
Undamaged. Burner deflector with denting, shade ring soldered to burner.
