Description
NEW ENGLAND CROSS OF LEAVES PAPERWEIGHT, featuring a type II Cross of Leaves having white five-petal blossom with millefiori cane center on green leaves, over latticinio ground. Together with a frit "HOME SWEET HOME" example over mottled orange, blue and white ground, possibly by Edward Rithner, a figural Plymouth Rock example with embossed "PILGRIM ROCK / TRADEMARK" and "INKSTAND CO. / PROV. / R.I.", and a Bohemian example with five mottled red, white and green blossoms on green moss-like cushion. Four pieces total. Fourth quarter 19th/20th century. Plymouth example 1 3/4" H, 4 1/8" L, remainder 3" to 3 1/2" D.
