Description
Revolvers (A) and (B) are identical with 1-7/8" octagon barrels, six shot, single action, nickel plated and walnut birds head grip. Made by Forehand & Wadsworth. Frame is stamped "Terror". Gun (A) retains approximately 85% original nickel finish with excellent grips and indexes perfectly. Strong bore. Gun (B) is basically cleaned with some worming, no finish, excellent grips and indexes perfectly. Strong bore. Gun (C) is a Hopkins & Allen XL No. 4 in .38 rimfire caliber featuring five shot, single action and spur trigger. This gun is in excellent all original condition. Some patina on right side of frame and high spots on cylinder. Still retains overall 85% original nickel. Indexes perfectly. Strong rifling with usual black powder abrasion. Nice lot of early, 19th century pocket revolvers.
