Description

This is an extremely rare surviving set of original Conestoga wagon arches and cover. There are 5 arches, each is made out of one piece of curved wood. The arches are overall in very good condition for their age. The arches measure around 45 x 61 inches. The fabric cover is also a rarity. It is made of a number of long bolts of homespun fabric. There are sewn areas where the arches would fit through. The fabric measures around 12 x 8 feet. The fabric cover is in very good overall condition, with some staining with wear.
