Description

An antique Howard and Davis banjo clock, with Howard and Davis movement, model no. 2, in Rosewood case, brass pendulum, cast iron weight, with key, ebonized finish (prior repairs, some finish loss); was used in dentist's office in Ohio ca mid 19th century, in same family since, 43.5"h

Condition

There is a 4" crack in the case surrounding the dial, there is a 3" crack in the case surrounding the pendulum, the clock hand nut is stripped, the clock face and reverse painted glass have paint loss.
