Chinese porcelain Xiangtuiping vase, elephant leg shaped body, potted with a short, waisted neck and tall, straight sides. The exterior decorated in various shades and tones of cobalt blue hand painting depicted magpies flying over the Four Gentlemen, of Cherry blossoms, pine tree, bamboo, and orchids. The base left pale-creme underglazed. Elegantly presented upon carved hardwood stand.
