Very fine Chinese Shoushan stone, intrigue carved in detail modeled a seated figure of Shuolao, dressed in elongated robes with floral motif, slightly facing right shoulder, the left hand resting on the knee, while the right hand holding a peaches fruiting ruyi scepter. Adorned with red and blue pigment painted on the robe. Well presented upon a carved hardwood stand.
