Description
Luther Daniels Bradley was mainly a carton illustrator for the Chicago Daily News. He wrote and illustrated children's books, and early in his career he was a cartoonist for the Australian paper, The Melbourne Punch. (b: September 29, 1853 d: January 9, 1917). These are a collection of 8 rare comic illustration camera ready art that was used in production. The artist would create these BY HAND - and prep them to be sent to the newspaper so they could include them in the next issue. These are all from around the 1900's or so! AMAZING - RARE - AND historical items !
