Minton Pate Sur Pate Vase. An ovoid form vase with raised foot and bottle neck with handles; has a blue body with glossy white paste relief scene of a male winged putti accompanying a female putti in a garden on the front and a basket with anchor and oar on the reverse. Has gilt and enamel borders and handles; nice condition, signed on the bottom Minton with 1869 date mark. 8.75 in. high. Weight: 1.5 lbs.
