Description
Green ceramic plate for pesach, in the upper portion is Joint engraved, as well as writing from a religious survivor of the Shoah Òfrom slavery to freedom in this year in JerusalemÓ and engravings of slavery in Egypt. Stamped on the reverse Òcreation of a survivor from Germany.Ó These plates were created by the Joint Committee, to be given out in DP camps in Germany. Diameter: 25cm. Defects, generally good condition. The item was brought to sale from a private collection.
