Both dolls have molded and painted features and the larger one with a flat top center part hairstyle with short curls framing the face and covering the ears. The smaller having a very nice center part hairdo with short vertical curls covering the ears and continuing framing the back of the head. Both dolls are on cloth bodies; the larger doll with china arms and legs with molded and painted shoes, the smaller with leather arms and separately stitched fingers (probably replaced). Large doll has an old repair on the right side of the shoulder plate extending to just below the right ear. The smaller doll has some typical paint wear n a few curls but also has a crack above the left eye extending almost to the eye with an additional dark spot emitting from that. (Good).
