Old metal snuff bottle, presumably Chinese, with inlaid designs that appear to be European -- figures depicted on panels on each side appear to be crowned and winged mermen. (From what we have researched, apparently there was some Jesuit influence in China at some point, resulting in European designs' being used on snuff bottles during the late Qing period.) 2-3/4" high.
