Produced by the Pinecliffe Resort and Investment Co., with a list of stockholders and some of the lot holders on the inside of the front wrapper, along with the advice to "Buy a Lot and Build Your Summer Cottage - Do It Now." The various advantages of the resort are stated, and also the rules and regulations; attendance by lot owners of religious gatherings during the summer assembly is encouraged.
