In late 1940’s, the entire estate was confiscated by the communist government and for over 60 years was displayed in a local museum until recently when the entire collection was returned to the family. Some items are in US and others are still in Europe. The collection is made of 19th Century art, antique furniture, tapestries and more. Some items are still in Eastern Europe but can be shipped anywhere. Also, to protect the privacy of the current owners, we will not divulge their name during the auction. However, each item sold in auctions will be accompanied by a letter from the owner authenticating each piece.
