Gorgeous mahogany,walnut,fruitwood and crotch burl mahogany woods with wonderful aged patina to all with excellent craftsmanship throughout. Tiny chisel marks on the arched thick upper center carving with laurel leaves are visible as hand made. Two recessed burl drawers with antique brass drop pulls. Turned legs. Upper shelf below carving. Tag on the back with brass nails states the piece was sold by Wright brothers Ltd. Complete Home Furnishers in Richmond S.W. England,no longer in existence. The talented craftsman unknown. A wonderful piece for many uses and in excellent condition with only minute scratches from use over the years. Top unit and shelf removable for shipping.
