The out-swept sides terminating in gilt- bronze swan heads in repose, one rail centered with gilt-mounted winged lions and scrolling acanthus vine, raised on four gilt-bronze busts of winged lions, mahogany knees terminating in gilt paw feet. Upholstered in cream tone on tone striped silk upholstery with two tasseled bolster pillows. Measures 36 x 73.5 x 28 inches.

This lot was originally offered without reserve in our July 8, 2016 auction. The buyer, a Manhattan auction house owner and television show furniture appraiser, never paid for his purchases. As a result, this property from the Joseph Candioto Trust is being offered again without reserve.
