The sculpture is in very good condition. The socket shows partial scratches.

Jon Kuhn (b. 1949)

The US-American glass artist Jon Kuhn works mainly with cold glass, of which he cut, fused and polished his geometric forms. He cuts the inside of the bodies in small segments, which reflects with its several layers an abstruse knot of refracted light and colors back into the space. Kuhns interest for eastern mysticism mirrored in his works, which set a spiritual force free. (ala)
