There is no indication of who owned this copy before De Groot, but the dedication (printed) is “To the Right Honourable Earl of Dalkeith” (Charles William Henry Montagu-Scott). Charles Montagu-Scott, Earl of Dalkeith, named his son “Walter,” presumably in honor of the author Walter Scott. 1.0 Lb.
