Description
Nippon Toki Kasha Company /Morimura Bros (Japan, founded 1876), circa 1924. Pair of Art Deco hand painted lusterware perfume or scent bottles, each with egg-shaped porcelain and cork stopper with glass dauber set in a diamond shaped bottle decorated with landscape setting of a country house and flowers under a blue sky. Both bottles fitted in a gold tone metal stand stamped "MADE IN JAPAN". Underside of bottles hallmarked "HAND PAINT MADE IN JAPAN" centered with the Morimura flower. Approximate height of bottles 6", width of bottles 2.37". Approximate height of stand 3", width 4", depth 1.5".
