In the scarce original dust jacket, Glinda of Oz is the last title advertised on the rear jacket flap. Advertisement on verso of half-title lists 13 titles through Glinda of Oz. Type showing no signs of breaking on page 150. Published the year after Baum's death, this was the last Oz book to be written by Baum. Bienvenue & Schmidt, p.81.

Jacket edge worn and with several chips and short tears, large chip from heel of spine; slight lean to spine, previous owner's name on ownership leaf; volume near fine, jacket about very good. AMENDED 11/30/2016: In this copy, four leaves (pp. 49-56) are on paper slightly shorter than the other leaves, affecting only the lower margins between 1/8 & 7/8 inches, as bound, and certainly a consequence of the printing or binding.
