The Alfa Romeo Spider 2000 Veloce appeared in early 1971 and with 131 horsepower and nearly 200 km/h it stood at the top of its displacement class. It was equipped by the manufacuruere with a rear bench seat and is registered as a three seater . It was produced alongside the Spider 1300 Junior and Spider 1600 Junior until the end of 1977 at a number of about 16,320.

The Spider was elaborately restored in 2009/10 by a restorer based on a stainless "Aerodinamica" model for individual use and since then has been professionally maintained. Finally, the Weber carburettor type 40 DCOE 32, the gearbox, the drive train and rear axle were overhauled. According to well up the vehicle! The (original) silencer was just remounted.

Because of the model change the very well maintained Fastback is now available for sale and offers a highly attractive color combination, an interesting opportunity for those who have already thought about the idea of purchasing a Spider.

The Spider is immediately approvable including H-Certification (historic) with TÜV / exhaust emissions tests valid until May 2017.

With its rust free body, the hand done paint finish, the very well-kept interior and professionally maintained mechanics, this vehicle clearly stands out from the crowd from the other "Fastback" models of the Spider series!

The 7" steel wheels are restored and newly fitted (under ca. 500 km) and give this spider a very sporty look.

Everything is in a really appealing state and while driving its conveys well the very special fascination of these models.
