Antique oil lamp .All hand turned and formed from native black clay earthenware. Consists of two pieces - a column base and a funnel shaped top. A wick would be suspended from the top hole in the funnel. Dan (Gio) People of today's Liberia and Ivory Coast, Western Africa. 19th century. Measurements: Approx. 10.75" high together, 5.75" widest diameter (across).
