1916-1920. Very heavy composition made and designed by Jessie McCutcheon Raleigh in Chicago, with faces painted by students of the Art Institute of Chicago. Head with painted hair, brown painted eyes with highlights, rosy cheeks, open/closed mouth with molded tongue (some wear and crazing, small nose and cheek rubs); swivel neck, jointed shoulders and hips (overall crazing on torso and limbs). Sweet vintage pink baby dress and matching hat. Very desirable doll, a hard-to-find model. 18'' T.
