Description
The tallest is a Kestner Gibson Girl incised in the back of the head "172 Made in Germany" with closed mouth, blue glass sleep eyes, protruding chin. Shoulder plate mounted to a cloth body with bisque lower arms and lower legs that have molded and painted blue boots. Clothing appears to be original and blonde mohair wig is original over plaster pate. The next doll in the blue silk skirt is an unmarked bisque shoulder-head with stationary brown glass eyes, closed mouth and pierced ears. On a cloth body with bisque forearms, wearing nice old leather shoes and a very nice but newer blonde mohair wig. The smallest doll is also a shoulder-head incised on back of shoulder "1162/0" with brown glass stationary eyes, open mouth with teeth. Made by Simon & Halbig. This shoulder-head is also mounted to a cloth body with long bisque forearms and bisque lower legs with molded and painted stockings and black boots with heels. The blonde mohair wig is also original. (Very Good). Largest: 11-1/2'' T.
