Fourth quarter 20th century, the clock with partially rubbed signature to face ''Lemerle-Charpentier / Bronzier / ******'', for maker Lemerle-Charpentier & Compagnie, Paris, the movement with maker's pastille ''Charpentier / Ft De Bronzes / 509 / a Paris'' and Samuel Marti et Cie medaille de bronze pastille, signed in the bronze ''Carrier'', surmounted by a bronze figure of a classical sculptor with chisel and hammer seated atop a columnar base adorned with ivy and centering a glazed circular dial with applied Roman numeral hour markers, on a shaped black slate base; together with a pair of matching candelabra, each with a tiered arrangement of seven urn-form lights over an urn-form standard relief-decorated with a continuous classical figural scene, on a tripodal base terminating in claw feet, atop a stepped black slate base, 3 pieces, the clock: 26'' H x 16'' W x 12.75'' D; each candelabrum: 33'' H x 11.75'' W x 11.25'' D, est: $2500/3500
