Chinese Porcelain Table Snuff Bottle, 19th c., with painted deer and bat decoration, the underside signed and painted with deer, with a coral bead stopper, H.- 4 7/8 in., Dia.- 2 1/4 in. Provenance: The Estate of James C. Westerfield, Jackson, Mississippi.
Condition
Condition consistent with age. Four flea-size circular chips and brown discoloration on the lid rim. Two flea-size chips in the coral top. Light wear throughout and moderate wear to bat figures. Approximately 12 minute brown firing flaws along top. An exquisite example. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS."
