Roman Empire, ca. 2nd to 3rd century. Rare and quite handsome belt fitting in the form of a lion. Long thin body, raised head, small curled tail and outstretched feet, two small attachments on base along with loop at rear for leather strap attachment. Very rare to find! Size: 2.5" L x .875" H (6.4 cm x 2.2 cm)
