Description

An English mahogany and walnut wall barometer. The dial marked T. Armstrong & Bro., 88 & 90 Deansgate, Manchester. The case is well carved in high relief depicting sunflowers / daisies and leaves. Shell carvings above and below the thermometer. The lower portion decorated with scrolling leaves surrounding a square four-armed cross. Overall measurements 36" high, 13.5" wide, 2.75" deep.
NOTE: If shipping, the mercury will need to be removed. The cost to be paid by the successful bidder.
