Art Nouveau ladies' 14 K gold and diamond pendant watch with no maker's mark. The works are marked Swiss and the case and works bear identical numbers. The watch is inscribed inside July 24, 1906. The beautiful face of this watch has a chip by the number two which is almost completely hidden by the frame, with superficial cracks radiating from it which are barely visible, if at all, to the naked eye. The back of the watch has a raised foliate design complimented by 2 diamonds. It is suspended from a 10K watch pin with a similar flowing Art Nouveau foliate design with a diamond accent in the center of the flower. This windup watch keeps perfect time, and has what appears to be an uninterrupted sweep second hand. Case marked 14K AW in circle and both case and works marked 1422883.
