With a rounded sides rising toward flat wide mouth rim rising from a short straight foot, the domed lids supported the conforming flared finial. The exterior finely decorated with continuous grisaille hand painting depicted life scene of a humble village nestled within waterside landscape, adorned with gilt and hints of pale-red color.

Mark on base, six blue script -KaiShu- characters, XianFeng Reign Period of Great Qing.
