Description
The Chinese porcelain teapot is potted in a bulbous body, raised upon a flat base, with dome lid supported the simply round finial. The exterior decorated with two large marble motif medallion on the body enclosing lettering inscriptions, all reserved in attractive rich golden honey with dark-brown streaks of gnarling wood motif underglazed ground.
Mark on the receded pale-turquoise-green underglazed ground, a seal mark, with four iron-red script -KaiShu- characters.
