Description

Large Scenic Vellum vase painted by Lenore Asbury in 1917 showing a tranquil lake lined with trees. Marks include the Rookwood logo, date, shape 814 A, an impressed V for Vellum and Ms. Asbury's incised initials. There is fine overall crazing and a few tiny glaze nicks at the base. Height is a generous 13 3/4 inches. Tall and very nicely done.
