Sturdily potted with gently rounded sides terminating the bracket-lobed mouth rim, central interior hand painted with flowering and fruiting ripe pomegranates abundant. Eight detached uptala sprays radiating around the low foot ring, the broad everted mouth rim with a band of 'LingZhi' scroll within double-line. The conforming exterior decorated with stylized seasonal floral sprays. The underside base left unglazed revealed grayish-creme unglazed and burnt orange dark-brown spots in the firing.
Mark under exterior rim, a seal mark, of six blue script - KaiShu- characters, XuanDe Reign Period of Great Ming.
