The ferulle decorated in cloisonne works with red floral bloom and its scrolling tendril against turquoise-blue enameled ground, banded on the both ends with gilt rings. The finely polished straight cylindrical white jade handle terminating a carved olive-green chilong dragon mask, with a scrolling motif gilt band compromising the head.
