Description
Chinese, 20th century. A pair of blue and white lidded temple jars decorated with blue under glazing on a white ground with cartouches depicting Qilin, the mythical hoofed dragon creature associated with prosperity, with mark to underside indicating K'ang Hsi (1662-1722). Each overall approximately 24" x 8.5".
