Sherman, with ornate "Miss Liberty" and draped flag surround. Bears folded gilt-stamped satin ribbon reading, "Finance Committee". With Whitehead and Hoag back paper.

Condition

Near-mint condition. Very minor wear along face, slight fraying at ends of ribbon.
