Joseph Paul DiMaggio, nicknamed "Joltin' Joe" and "The Yankee Clipper", was an American Major League Baseball center fielder who played his entire 13-year career for the New York Yankees. This sculptural plaque is said to be the original artwork that made the bronze plaque for the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y.
