Police Comics #25 has 3/4" tear at top of spine, whole book has slight vertical fold down the center, slight tearing around staple on spine, 1/8" tears at top spine on interior pages, spine slightly rolled and off white pages. Police Comics #33 has a date stamp on front cover, a 3" corner fold on front cover, 3/4" tear on right edge of front cover, slight tearing around staple on spine and yellowing pages.
