SANDWICH LOOP / GAINES ARTICLES, LOT OF SIX, opaque white lead glass with all pieces having fiery opalescence, comprising two open compotes, a covered butter dish, covered sugar bowl, spooner, and open salt. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1850-1870. 2 1/4" to 8" H, 8" D rim tallest compote.
Sugar cover with typical scattered flaking, butter base with a chip to one base scallop, large compote with a single flake to one rim scallop, remainder undamaged.
