The outside corners are lightly bumped. The spine, with shallow wear to its ends, is straight. The only extraneous material is the red stamp of S. Seligman, to the front and back inside spread. There are no other stamps or attachments. There is no writing. The binding is in good condition, with no loose or missing pages. Both fold-out charts are present and securely connected. The outside edge of the first has a number of creases and shallow tears, but no material is missing. The second has slight edge wear, but is in good overall condition. The other charts and graphic information, and all text, are unfaded and legible. There are small stains, but almost all pages are without any. Other than the fold-out edge, there are no notable tears and few creases. The accompanying photos are accurate reflections of the book conditions.
