George III satinwood breakfront secretaire bookcase, the moulded and dentil carved cornice over a band of inlaid palmettes and swags, over four astragal glazed doors enclosing adjustable wooden shelves, the center doors over three small marquetry inlaid drawers and each side door over two similar drawers. The base section crossbanded and inlaid with (14) mahogany ovals, the center drawer opening to reveal a gilt tooled leather writing surface and (9) small drawers, over two large doors revealing four large slide out drawers, flanked on each side by five graduated drawers. 91.5"H x 90.5"W x 24.75"D, Circa - Late 18th C.
