A group of 8 enamel Bilston style patch / snuff boxes. 18th century. ++ Round cobalt blue snuff box, lid with two doves and reads: "Remember the Giver.". Interior lid with mirror. c.1760s. 3/4"h x 1 1/4"diameter. ++ Oval cobalt blue box with top in white and black reads: "Accept this Trifle." Interior with mirrored lid. 1"h x 1 3/4"w x 1 1/2"d. ++ Marquis shaped box in light blue with doves on roses and medallion at center reading: "Esteem the Giver." c.1790s. 7/8"h x 2 1/4"w x 1 1/2"d. ++ Cobalt marquis shaped box. Lid with flowers reading: "Keep this for My Sake." Interior with mirror lid. 7/8"h x 2 1/4"w x 1 1/2"d. ++ Marquis shaped box with pink base. Lid in white with rose pattern and back center in gold: "A Token of Love." c.1770s. 1"h x 1 3/4"w x 1 1/2"d. ++ Marquis shaped box in light pink. Lid with anchor and reads: "A Pledge of Efteem." 7/8"h x 1 3/4"w x 1 13/8"d. ++ Oval box with light pink base. Lid in white with two hands clasping, reads: "Erin go Bragh." Interior with mirrored lid. 1"h x 1 5/8"w x 1 1/2"d. ++ Oval cobalt box. Lid with two bird and "The Gift of a Friend" in gold. 7/8"h x 1 5/8"w x 1 1/2"d.
